Arçelik A.Ş., a leading Turkish white goods manufacturer, has announced its decision to issue bonds or financing bills totaling up to 30 billion Turkish Liras (TL). The significant financial move was disclosed on Türkiye's Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), outlining the company's strategy to secure substantial financing through debt instruments.

According to the statement released by Arçelik to KAP, the company's Board of Directors made this decision on December 4, 2025. This forward-looking initiative is authorized by Article 7 of Arçelik's Articles of Association and adheres to the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) Debt Instruments Communiqué. The issuance program is designed to be executed over a one-year period, encompassing various tranches and maturities to optimize market conditions.

The debt instruments are designated for domestic sale, specifically through private placement or sales to qualified investors, thereby bypassing a public offering. These instruments will be traded on the relevant market of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. in a manner that ensures no public offering is triggered. The precise terms, including the total amount, maturity periods, interest rates, any additional yield, the timing of issuance, and sales methodologies, will be dynamically determined based on prevailing market conditions.

Arçelik has confirmed that the necessary application for the approval of the issuance document has already been submitted to the Capital Markets Board. Furthermore, the Board of Directors has granted joint authorization to Hakan Hamdi Bulgurlu, Barış Alparslan, Mine Şule Yazgan, and Demet İnan Yelmen, requiring any two of them to act together. This authorization covers all requisite procedures related to the issuance and sale, including interactions with the Capital Markets Board, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., Central Registry Agency A.Ş., Takasbank A.Ş., and other pertinent regulatory bodies.
